  • The Townhomes at ORRIS are currently under construction. We expect to begin leasing in April 2026. Join the interest list to stay in the loop.

  • Great question. The townhomes are a separate, limited collection of multi-level homes with private entrances and dedicated parking, distinct from the apartment units inside the ORRIS building. You get the perks of townhome living with access to the ORRIS community amenities.

  • Yes! The Townhomes at ORRIS are pet-friendly. Breed and weight restrictions apply – reach out to an expert leasing agent for more information.
